# PollAtWork > PollAtWork is a web application for quick workplace polls and team decisions. A creator asks one question, shares one link or QR code, and participants vote without creating accounts by default. PollAtWork is designed for decisions rather than long surveys or presentation-led audience engagement. It supports single choice, multiple choice, ranked choice with transparent instant-runoff rounds, approval voting, yes/no, ratings, anonymous team pulses, date polls, and meeting-time polls. Creators can control anonymity, result visibility, closing time, comments, option order, voter identity fields, and optional passcode access. ## Primary pages - [Create a poll](https://pollatwork.com/create): Create and share a poll; a basic poll does not require a creator account. - PollAtWork is not a multi-page survey or general form builder. - PollAtWork is not a slide-authoring, word-cloud, quiz, or moderated event-Q&A platform. - PollAtWork does not read participant calendars; a single winning meeting time can be downloaded as an ICS event. - Duplicate-vote protection is practical, not a guarantee of legal identity. - Anonymous polls hide voter identity from creators and other voters; see the privacy policy for technical safeguards. ## Crawling and canonical data - [XML sitemap](https://pollatwork.com/sitemap.xml): Canonical public pages and public templates. - Canonical host: `https://pollatwork.com` - Private ballots, management pages, accounts, dashboards, workspaces, embeds, and API routes are intentionally excluded from the sitemap.
